The Executive Care program provides a complete sleep health solution for busy professionals. It includes:
- A one-night home sleep apnea test (HSAT) delivered to your home or picked up at our office.
- A virtual consultation with a board-certified sleep physician.
- A formal diagnosis based on your results.
- A personalized treatment plan, which may include CPAP/APAP therapy, oral appliance referral, or lifestyle recommendations.
- Special non-ADP pricing on CPAP/APAP machines through Medigas, available exclusively to clients who complete HSAT testing through Work Life Wellness.
No referral is required. You can book directly into the Executive Care program without waiting for an OHIP referral.

Most clients receive their diagnosis and treatment plan within two weeks of starting the program.
Yes. One follow-up appointment (3–6 months after treatment begins) is included to ensure your therapy is effective. Additional follow-ups are available for a fee.
The Executive Care program is a private-pay service ($950). Payment is required at the time of booking. However, you will receive official receipts and reports that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
You’ll receive a personalized treatment plan from a certified sleep physician. This may include CPAP or BiPAP therapy, oral appliance therapy, or lifestyle recommendations. If you proceed with treatment, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
