Download WatchPat One App to ensure compatibility with smartphone
WatchPat One may ask for a 4-digit pin, this is the last four digits of registered phone number on contact form
Ensure finger probe is inserted completely on non-dominant index finger
Place triple A battery into watch to initialize device, wear like a normal watch
Thread the wire through shirt to avoid getting caught on anything while sleeping
Place chest sensor with adhesive sticker to the sternum and place Tegaderm sticker to provide extra security
Can get up and move around if needed, i.e. go to the bathroom etc...
Ensure registered phone is connected to Wi-Fi and charging so it doesn’t die during the assessment
Press “Begin Recording” when prepared to go to bed, then go to sleep as you normally would
In the morning press “Stop Recording” ♻️ After your study is successfully uploaded: Dispose of the WatchPAT ONE device according to the recycling instructions and return label provided within the app.
